About the Owner
Max Babichenko's career in the construction industry began with a painting business in Jacksonville, FL. After relocating to Orlando, he expanded his services by flipping REO properties, which led to offering comprehensive renovation solutions. Over time, Max became a cabinet supplier, specializing in crafting beautiful, high-quality kitchens. His expertise continued to grow as he transitioned into custom home building, delivering exceptional, tailor-made homes for his clients. In 2019, after a memorable family vacation, Max fell in love with Tennessee and relocated to the Knoxville area, where he continues to pursue his passion for construction. Today, Modern Home Builders stands as a respected leader in both residential and commercial construction.
